We at GardenCards, LLC recognize an individuals privacy and the issues reguarding data security for keeping information about a person. Hence we follow established Best Practices policies and procedures for using and storing data. None of this personal information is sold or otherwise shared with any other organization for any purpose.
We save names and e-mail addresses to occasionally send information about our cards and web site when there is something new or when other meaningful changes occur. We do not sell our contact information to anyone and it is kept on computers away from the Internet. If you want your name removed from this list fill out the Remove Form. Make sure you use the same name and e-mail you have used with us before, otherwise we won't be able to find and remove your name and e-mail.
Product selection and shipping information is collected by our e-commerce provider (PayPal) and passed on to us with each completed order. Credit card information is used by them but not passed on. Visit the Pay Pal site for security and privacy protection concerning credit card transactions. We use the information that was passed on to process your order. We do keep your name and e-mail on file for e-mailings. Again, if you would like to be removed from our contact list, simply fill out the Remove Form.
