We want our customers satisfied so if you are not happy with your cards, tell us and we will exchange the cards or refund your money.
We make a sincere effort to insure that the images of the cards displayed on the web site match the printed images. This is our goal but occasionally due to variations in the paper or ink supplies or both, differences occur. Usually these differences are not noticable and we try to eliminate any cards that do not match. If you find a card you are not satisfied with we will refund your money or provide a replacement. All you need to do is contact us. Simply e-mail us with a description of the problem.
When you order we try to make your card shipment within a day ot two. Occasionally we do get behind for various reasons and it might be a week before the order is shipped. But one way or another we will get the cards to you as fast as reasonable as long as we have your correct US Mail address.
